The Origin

Ethiopia Is The Source

Coffee began here. We source from Ethiopia’s established coffee-growing regions, including:

Altitude and cup notes are typical regional ranges. Lot-specific details are shared with every offer. Main harvest: October – January.

Every lot starts with a person, a place, and a harvest.

Every purchase is tied to an origin region, a harvest date and, where available, a processing station record.
